Cooper & Associates Ltd. (CAL), a wholly owned and managed Jamaican family company, started operations in October 1970. The Directors of CAL are all eminently qualified and are known and respected in the Jamaican building industry. The Managing Director of CAL, Mr. Raymond Cooper, currently serves as the President of the Incorporated Masterbuilders Association of Jamaica, a powerful organization comprised of local contractors and suppliers. Since its inception CAL has developed into a multi-faceted organization representing manufacturers of highly technical and specialized building products and engaged in property development of residential and commercial facilities and several major general civil and building projects.
CAL has worked successfully in a number of Joint Venture (J/V) projects with both local and international companies. CAL currently has approved attractive projects; some in the North Coast Tourism area for which we are seeking J/V partners/investors.
