'This confirms that Waterleau engaged the services of Cooper & Associates Ltd. for the construction works at the Red Stripe Brewery Efflluent Treatment Pant (ETP).

Two phases of the works were sucessfully undertaken by Cooper & Associates Ltd- the Civil Engineering Worksand the Electro-Mechanical Works-Contract.

The project strarted in March 2006 and was sucessfully complted in April 2008.

Cooper & Associates Ltd. performed satisfactorily on the works. The project was completed within the time for completion and the quality of the workmanship was and the technical competence of their project team was very good. These  jobs were the subject of a fixed price contract"
